Plan Commission Meeting

The Plan Commission met at City Hall in the City of Black River Falls on December 5, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. Mayor Jay Eddy, Commissioners Mike Rave, Randy Eddy, Dennis Guenther and Marc McDowell were present. Commissioners Jared Smith and Anneliese Eddy were excused. Mayor Jay Eddy presided. 1. Mayor Jay Eddy called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. 2. Representatives from the Mississippi River Regional Planning Commission facilitated discussion on the Intergovernmental Cooperation element of the Comprehensive Plan they are updating for the City. 3. One representative from the Town of Brockway, Town of Adams, Town of Albion, Jackson County, the School District of Black River Falls, and two representatives of the Ho-Chunk Nation were in attendance and provided input and feedback on what is working well and what could possibly be improved upon in the future in regards to their organization’s interactions and collaborations with the City. 4.
