Blaine City Manager Clark Arneson, Mounds View City Administrator Jim Ericson, Spring Lake Park City Administer Dan Buchholz, SBM Fire Chief Nyle Zikmund, Operations Chief Dan Retka and Community Risk Reduction Chief Connie Forster. 2 Roll Call Present: 4 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Clark, and Councilmember Bourke Absent: 3 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Herbst, and Councilmember King 3 New Business 3-1 TMP 15-0343 FIRE DEPARTMENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2016 BUDGET PROPOSAL PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION Councilmembers from the cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Mounds View met with the Board of Directors to review the proposed 2016 Fire Department operating and capital budgets.
