ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson, Safety Services Manager/Police Chief Chris Olson, Fire Chief Nyle Zikmund, Budget/Fiscal Analyst Ward Brown. Present: 7 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Clark, Councilmember Bourke, Councilmember Herbst, and Councilmember King 3 New Business 3-1 WS 15-39 2016 GENERAL FUND BUDGET DISCUSSION Council discussed the following 2016 General Budget: 1. Public Services 2. Safety Services 3. SBM Fire Contract City Manager Arneson stated Council’s discussions and direction would be shared with staff for follow up in preparing final budget documents.
