Tuesday, February 2, 2016 6:30 PM City Manager's Conference Room Board and Commission Interviews NOTICE OF WORKSHOP MEETING 1 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ryan at 6:30 p.m. 2 Roll Call ALSO PRESENT: Cathy Sorensen, City Clerk. Present: 5 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Clark, and Councilmember Herbst Absent: 2 - Councilmember Bourke, and Councilmember King 3 New Business INTERVIEW PLANNING COMMISSION, PARK ADVISORY BOARD AND NRCB APPLICANTS Council interviewed a total of 9 candidates for the vacancies on the Planning Commission, Park Advisory Board, Natural Resources Conservation Board, and Special Board of Review. The Mayor’s appointments will be announced at the February 18, 2016, City Council meeting and the appointments are scheduled to be confirmed at the March 3, 2016, City Council meeting. Discussed.
