ALSO PRESENT: Blaine City Manager Clark Arneson, SBM Fire Chief Charlie Smith, Spring Lake Park Councilmember Ken Wendling, Spring Lake Park City Administrator Dan Buchholtz, Mounds View Mayor Joe Flaherty, Mounds View Councilmembers Al Hull, Gary Meehlhause and Sherry Gunn, Mounds View City Administrator Jim Ericson, SBM Board Members Andy Westerberg, Harley Wells, Tom Newland and Corey Vandeville, SBM Staff Members Tony Scavo, Connie Forster, Dan Retka and Maddison Zikmund. Present: 4 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Bourke, and Councilmember Herbst Absent: 3 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Clark, and Councilmember King 3 New Business 3-1 WS 16-39 SPRING LAKE PARK - BLAINE - MOUNDS VIEW FIRE DEPARTMENT JOINT COUNCIL WORKSHOP Councilmembers from the cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Mounds View met to review the proposed 2017 Fire Department budget.
