ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson. Present: 7 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Clark, Councilmember King, Councilmember Garvais, Councilmember Jeppson, Mayor Ryan, and Councilmember Swanson 3 New Business 3-1 2018 GOALS AND OPERATIONS The Council discussed several following topics at the 2018 Council Retreat, including goal setting, City operations, economic development and redevelopment, National Sports Center master plan, Trunk Highway 65/frontage road, senior center, City parks and others. City Manager Arneson stated discussions and direction would be shared with staff for follow up at future worksessions. Discussed. Other Business None.
