This was a closed meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Blaine City Charter and Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subd.3 (b). 2 Roll Call Quorum present. ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson; City Attorney Pat Sweeney; Public Services Manager/Assistant City Manager Bob Therres.
