This was a closed meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Blaine City Charter and Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subd.3 (b). 2 Roll Call Quorum present. ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson; City Attorney Pat Sweeney; Public Services Manager/Assistant City Manager Bob Therres, Director of Public Works Jon Haukaas, City Clerk Cathy Sorensen (for roll call purposes only). Present: 6 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Clark, Councilmember King, Councilmember Garvais, Councilmember Jeppson, and Mayor Ryan Absent: 1 - Councilmember Swanson 3 New Business 3-1 DISCUSS PENDING HASTINGS STREET LITIGATION The purpose of the closed special meeting was to discuss pending Hastings Street litigation.
