ALSO PRESENT: Blaine City Manager Clark Arneson, SBM Fire Chief Charlie Smith, SBM Assistant Fire Chief Maddison Zikmund, Spring Lake Park Mayor Cindy Hansen, Spring Lake Park Councilmembers Ken Wendling, Barbara Goodboe-Bisschoff, Brad Delfs, Spring Lake Park City Administrator Dan Buchholtz, Mounds View Mayor Carol Mueller, Mounds View Councilmembers Gary Meehlhause, Bill Bergeron and Sherry Gunn, Mounds View City Administrator Nyle Zikmund SBM Board Members Harley Wells, Tom Newland, Corey Vandeville and Joe Flaherty. Present: 4 - Councilmember Garvais, Councilmember Jeppson, Mayor Ryan, and Councilmember Swanson Absent: 3 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Clark, and Councilmember King 3 New Business 3-1 SPRING LAKE PARK - BLAINE - MOUNDS VIEW FIRE DEPARTMENT JOINT COUNCIL WORKSHOP WITH FIRE BOARD Councilmembers from the cities of Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Mounds View met to review the proposed 2019 Fire Department budget.
