This was a closed meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Blaine City Charter and Minnesota Statutes 13D.05, Subd.3(b). 2 Roll Call Quorum present. ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Clark Arneson; City Attorney Pat Sweeney; Labor Attorney Susan Hansen, Madden, Galanter and Hansen LLP. Present: 6 - Councilmember Hovland, Councilmember Clark, Councilmember King, Councilmember Garvais, Mayor Ryan, and Councilmember Swanson Absent: 1 - Councilmember Jeppson 3 New Business 3-1 EMPLOYEE SETTLEMENT DISCUSSION The purpose of the closed special meeting was to discuss a settlement with former employee Jason Knutson.
