ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Michelle Wolfe; Community Development Director Erik Thorvig; Public Works Director Jon Haukaas; Police Chief/Safety Services Manager Brian Podany; Finance Director Joe Huss; Public Services Manager/Assistant City Manager Bob Therres; Communications Coordinator Ben Hayle. Present: 5 - Councilmember Jeppson, Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Robertson, and Councilmember Paul Absent: 2 - Councilmember Garvais, and Councilmember Hovland 3 New Business 3-1 DISCUSS 2020 GOALS AND OPERATIONS The Council discussed several following topics at the 2019 Council Retreat including 2020 goals and operations, strategic plan, parks master plan, Trunk Highway 65/frontage road, City Hall remodel status, mission/vision statement adoption, traffic signal policy, budget process, customer service, communications, and others. City Manager Wolfe stated discussions and direction would be shared with staff for follow up at future workshops.
