This was a closed meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Blaine City Charter and Minnesota Statutes 13D.03, Subd.1(b). 2 Roll Call Quorum present. ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Michelle Wolfe; Finance Director Joe Huss; Human Resources Director Cassandra Tabor; Deputy Human Resources Director Sheri Chesness, and Director of Public Works Jon Haukaas. Present: 5 - Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Robertson, Councilmember Paul, and Councilmember Hovland Absent: 2 - Councilmember Garvais, and Councilmember Jeppson 3 New Business 3-1 PUBLIC WORKS IUOE LOCAL 49 NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE The purpose of the closed special meeting was to discuss Public Works IUOE Local 49 negotiations update.
