ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Michelle Wolfe; Community Development Director Erik Thorvig; Public Works Director Jon Haukaas; Police Chief/Safety Services Manager Brian Podany; Finance Director Joe Huss; Public Services Manager/Assistant City Manager Bob Therres. Present: 6 - Councilmember Garvais, Councilmember Jeppson, Mayor Ryan, Councilmember Swanson, Councilmember Robertson, and Councilmember Hovland Absent: 1 - Councilmember Paul 3 New Business 3-1 SPRING RETREAT - EDA AND CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LAND USE DISCUSSION Attachments: 89th Ave Town Square Hwy 65 South of 10 Chief Podany provided a brief update regarding recent events surrounding the civil City of Blaine Page 1 City Council Workshop Minutes May 30, 2020 unrest occurring in Minneapolis and St. Paul then left the meeting.
