He stated the revised budget has a reduction to the property tax levy of $140,000 and removal of the 3M Tournament and Blaine Business Appreciation. He noted these items could be funded from the sale of the senior buildings. He stated the original levy was $342,150. EDA discussion on the timing of the sale of the senior buildings. City Manager Arneson noted the closing is expected to be in April. He commented the EDA does have some working capital. Commissioner Hovland suggested keeping the proposed EDA budget. President Ryan agreed. EDA discussion on funds from the sale of the senior buildings.
