Aye: 4 - President Ryan, Comissioner Herbst, Comissioner Swanson, and Comissioner King City of Blaine Page 1 EDA Minutes - Final April 7, 2016 4 New Business 4-1 EDA RES 16-08 RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION 15-07 - THE BLAINE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT PLAN ESTABLISHING A REDEVELOPMENT TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT AND APPROVING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN THEREFOR (OAK PARK PLAZA PROJECT) Finance Director Huss stated Council approved a TIF plan for Oak Park Plaza and upon submission of the forms to the State Auditor it was discovered that a technical correction is needed on the handling of fiscal disparities. Moved by President Ryan, seconded by Commissioner Herbst, that Resolution 16-08, “Resolution to Amend Resolution 15-07 – The Blaine Economic Development Project Plan Establishing a Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing District and Approving a Tax Increment Financing Plan Therefor (Oak Park Project),” be approved.
