MEMORANDUM Bloomington Common Council-Committee of the Whole Bloomington City Hall, 401 N. Ordinance 22-09 – To Amend Title 20 (Unified Development Ordinance) of the Bloomington Municipal Code – Re: Technical Corrections Set Forth in BMC 20.03 MOTION: Sgambelluri moved and it was seconded to make a Do Pass recommendation on Ordinance 22-09. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Abstain: 0 (Flaherty, Volan, absent). 2. Ordinance 22-10 – To Amend Title 20 (Unified Development Ordinance) of the Bloomington Municipal Code – Re: Technical Corrections Set Forth in BMC 20.04 MOTION: Sgambelluri moved and it was seconded to adopt Amendment 01 to Ordinance 22-10. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Abstain: 2 (Rosenbarger, Rollo) (Flaherty, Volan, absent). MOTION: Sgambelluri moved and it was seconded to make a Do Pass recommendation for Ordinance 22-10 as amended. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Abstain: 2 (Rosenbarger, Rollo) (Flaherty, Volan, absent). 3. Ordinance 22-11 – To Amend Title 20 (Unified Development Ordinance) of the Bloomington Municipal Code – Re: Technical Corrections Set Forth in BMC 20.05, 20.06, & 20.07  MOTION: Sgambelluri moved and it was seconded to make a Do Pass recommendation on Ordinance 22-11. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Abstain: 2 (Rosenbarger, Rollo) (Flaherty, Volan, absent). 4. Ordinance 22-08 – To Amend Title 20 (Unified Development Ordinance) of the Bloomington Municipal Code – Re: Technical Corrections Set Forth in BMC 20 MOTION: Sgambelluri moved and it was seconded to make a Do Pass recommendation on Ordinance 22-08.
