MEMORANDUM Bloomington Common Council–Executive Session Council Library, Bloomington City Hall, Bloomington, Indiana Tuesday, November 19, 2024 Meeting Called to Order: 5:51pm Councilmembers present: Courtney Daily (arrived at 6:02pm), Matt Flaherty, Isabel Piedmont-Smith, Kate Rosenbarger, Andy Ruff (arrived at 5:51pm), Hopi Stosberg Councilmembers present via Zoom: none Councilmembers absent: Isak Nti Asare, Dave Rollo, Sydney Zulich City staff, officials, and guests present: Lisa Lehner, Clerk Nicole Bolden An Executive Session of the City of Bloomington Common Council was held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm in the Council Library of City Hall located at 401 North Morton Street. The purpose of the Executive Session, as authorized by IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), was to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, "litigation" includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law. I hereby certify on behalf of the Common Council that no decisions were made or subject matter discussed in the Executive Session other than the subject matter specified herein and in the posted notice of the actual session.
