MEMORANDUM Bloomington Common Council – Hiring Committee Bloomington City Hall, Hooker Conference Room, 401 N. Morton Street, Bloomington, Indiana Wednesday, June 26, 2024 NOTE: Formal minutes are not produced for committee meetings; however the following summarizes actions taken at the following meeting of the Hiring Committee. Meeting called to order: 10:00am Chair: Hopi Stosberg Councilmembers present: Hopi Stosberg, Andy Ruff Councilmembers present via Zoom: none Councilmembers absent: Isabel Piedmont-Smith City staff, officials, and guests present: Stephen Lucas, Deputy Clerk Susan Stoll Topics Discussed: The committee met for the purpose of discussing and preparing for the hiring process in order to fill the position of Council Attorney/Administrator in the Council Office. MOTION: Stosberg moved and Ruff seconded to approve the job description for Human Resources to publish. ACTION: The motion was approved by voice vote. ACTION: Stosberg adjourned the meeting.
