In accordance with the Indiana Open Door Law, the meeting was not open for the public to attend, observe, and record what occurred. MOTION: Flaherty moved and Rollo seconded to recommend Chris Gaal, Jake Rossman, and Jess Gastineau for a second round of interviews. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Abstain: 0.
