Meeting called to order: 12:15 p.m. Councilmembers present: Kate Rosenbarger (Arrived at 12:15 pm), Isak Nti Asare Councilmembers via Zoom: Hopi Stosberg Councilmembers absent: None City staff, officials, and guests present: Deputy Clerk Jennifer Crossley Topics Discussed: As duly authorized, I hereby certify that a committee of the Bloomington Common Council to review and recommend applicants for appointments to the Board or Commission specified below met on the date noted to:  review applications and select candidates for interviews or  interview candidates or  to make recommendations for appointment to the Common Council Boards/Commissions for Team A: Animal Control Commission, Commission of Aging, Bloomington Urban Enterprise Association, Commission Status of Black Males, Human Rights Commission, Housing Quality Appeals Board, Board of Zoning Appeals, Public Transportation Corporation Board of Directors, Monroe County Capital Improvement Board MOTION: Asare moved and it was seconded by Stosberg to recommend to appoint Joshua Brewer to seat C-3 on the Board of Housing Quality Appeals.
