The meeting was called to order at approximately 10:00 am. Committee members in person: Sydney Zulich - Chair, Isabel Piedmont-Smith Committee members present over Zoom: None Committee members absent: Dave Rollo Items covered during the meeting Action: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded by Zulich to interview Sarah Brinkman and Rebecca Payne for the Commission on Sustainability and Resilience. The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 2, Nays: 0, Abstain: 0. Action: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded by Zulich to recommend to appoint Carey Champion to seat C-1 to the Historic Preservation Commission. The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 2, Nays: 0, Abstain: 0. Adjournment Meeting adjourned at approximately 10:24 am.
