Annual Report of the Commission on the Status of Children and Youth presented by Erin Reynolds, Vice Chair, Commission on the Status of Children and Youth. 4.3.​ Council Committees 4.4.​ Public 5.​ Appointments to Boards and Commissions There were no appointments to boards or commissions. 6.​ Legislation for First Readings [7:13pm] 6.1.​ Ordinance 2026-12 Bloomington Common Council Ordinance No. 2026-12 - To Amend Title 15 of the Bloomington Municipal Code Entitled “Vehicles and Traffic” to Create a Chapter for Streets and Alleys that are Closed to Vehicular Traffic Daily moved and Zulich seconded that Ordinance 2026-12 be introduced and read by title and synopsis only. The motion was approved by voice vote. Deputy Clerk Susan Stoll read the legislation by title and synopsis. Daily moved and Zulich seconded that Ordinance 2026-12 be discussed. The motion to adopt Resolution 2026-05 as amended received a roll call vote of Ayes: 9, Nays: 0, Abstain: 0. 7.2.​ Resolution 2026-06 A Resolution Directing the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department to Develop a Framework for Long-Term Housing Affordability Daily moved and Piedmont-Smith seconded that Resolution 2026-06 be introduced and read by title and synopsis only.
