In the Council Chambers of the Showers City Hall, Bloomington, Indiana on COMMON COUNCIL Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 6:30pm, Council President Sue SPECIAL SESSION Sgambelluri presided over a Special Session of the Common Council. September 27, 2023 Councilmembers present: Matt Flaherty, Isabel Piedmont-Smith, Kate ROLL CALL [6:30pm] Rosenbarger, Susan Sandberg, Sue Sgambelluri, Ron Smith, Stephen Volan Councilmembers present via Zoom: Dave Rollo, Jim Sims (arrived at 6:33pm) Councilmembers absent: none Council Vice President Isabel Piedmont-Smith gave a land and labor AGENDA SUMMATION acknowledgement and Council President Sue Sgambelluri summarized the [6:30pm] agenda.
