Common Council Interview Committee Team C Meeting Memorandum for Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 5:45 pm This meeting was held in the Kelly Conference Room, Suite 155, City Hall, 401 N. Morton St. Note: Formal minutes are not produced for committee meetings; however, the following summarizes actions taken at the following meeting of the Interview Committee Team C. The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:46 pm. Committee members in person: Sydney Zulich - Chair, Dave Rollo, Isabel Piedmont-Smith Committee members present over Zoom: None Committee members absent: None Items covered during the meeting Action: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded by Rollo to interview James Hutcheson and Cassie Shelton for the Historic Preservation Commission. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Action: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded by Rollo to recommend to appoint Reynard Cross to seat C-2 to the Historic Preservation Commission. The motion was approved by a voice vote. Action: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded by Rollo to recommend to appoint Rebecca Payne to seat C-3 to the Commission on Sustainability and Resilience. The motion was approved by voice vote.
