Meeting called to order: 8:02am Councilmembers present: Matt Flaherty, Susan Sandberg, Jim Sims Councilmembers present via Zoom: none Councilmembers absent: none City staff, officials, and guests present: Stephen Lucas, Deputy Clerk Susan Stoll Topics Discussed: As duly authorized, I hereby certify that a committee of the Bloomington Common Council to review and recommend applicants for appointments to the Board or Commission specified below met on the date noted to: o review applications and select candidates for interviews or o interview candidates or  to make appointments Board or Commission: Citizens’ Redistricting Advisory Commission Applicants Recommended for Interview or Appointment: MOTION: The Citizens’ Redistricting Advisory Commission Selection Committee discussed the applicants who had applied and were eligible for each seat and agreed to flip a coin to appoint candidates for the Citizens’ Redistricting Advisory Commission ACTION: Susan Sandberg flipped a coin for the Student Democrat seat. Mackenzie Colston was appointed based on the coin flip result. ACTION: Sandberg flipped a coin for the Democrat seat. Kathleen Field was appointed based on the coin flip result. ACTION: Sandberg flipped a coin for the Student Republican seat. Michael Schnoll was appointed based on the coin flip result. ACTION: Sandberg flipped a coin for the Republican seat. Amanda Sheridan was appointed based on the coin flip result. ACTION: Sandberg flipped a coin for the Independent seat. Alex Semchuck was appointed based on the coin flip result.
