Meeting called to order: 11:03am Councilmembers present: Isabel Piedmont-Smith, Susan Sandberg Councilmembers present via Zoom: none Councilmembers absent: Dave Rollo City staff, officials, and guests present: Deputy Clerk Jennifer Crossley Topics Discussed: As duly authorized, I hereby certify that a committee of the Bloomington Common Council to review and recommend applicants for appointments to the Board or Commission specified below met on the date noted to: ✓ review applications and select candidates for interviews or ✓ interview candidates or ✓ to make recommendations for appointment to the Common Council Board or Commission: Commission on Hispanic and Latin Affairs, Historic Preservation Commission, Parking Commission Applicants Recommended for Interview or Appointment: MOTION: Piedmont-Smith moved and it was seconded to recommend Kirsten Hawley for appointment to seat C-2 on the Historic Preservation Commission. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 2 (Rollo, absent), Nays: 0, Abstain: 0. MOTION: Sandberg moved and it was seconded to recommend Lara Christoun for appointment to seat C-4 and Raquel Anderson to seat C-5 on the Commission on Hispanic and Latin Affairs. ACTION: The motion received a roll call vote of Ayes: 2 (Rollo, absent), Nays: 0, Abstain: 0. MOTION: Sandberg moved and it was seconded to recommend Regina Moore seat C-2A and Michael Schnall for seat C-3A for appointment to Parking Commission.
