Section 24-6-402 (4) (b) to receive legal advice concerning the Town's authority to grant permits that allow for the access across and occupation of private property to exercise rights held by the Town. 2. An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. Section 24-6-402 (4) (b) to receive legal advice concerning the Town's obligations under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other labor laws. Adjourn
