MINUTES OF COUNCIL WORK SESSION
JANUARY 29, 2024
A Work Session of the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, was held on Monday,
January 29, 2024, 6:00 p.m. in the Administrative Training Room of the Blue Springs City Hall,
903 W. Main Street with Mayor Carson Ross presiding.

CALL MEETING TO Mayor Ross called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m. The City Clerk
ORDER AND confirmed a quorum of the Council was present.

2024 STREET Public Works Director Tom Degenhardt and Assistant Director of
MAINTENANCE Public Works Adam Hilgedick presented the 2024 Street Maintenance
PROGRAM Program and addressed questions from Council. A copy of a
presentation with staff's recommendation is attached to these Minutes
and incorporated herein.
2024 INFILL SIDEWALK Public Works Director Tom Degenhardt and Assistant Director of
PROGRAM Public Works Adam Hilgedick presented the 2024 Infill Sidewalk
Program and addressed questions from Council. A copy of a
presentation with staff's recommendation is attached to these Minutes
and incorporated herein .
ADJOURN At 6:42 p.m., there was no further business to come before the
Council, Mayor Ross declared the meeting adjourned .
