Brown Public Safety Building 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015 AGENDA: (Chairman Kynette Campbell) Approval of minutes: (March 20, 2018). Visitor’s session: Any Visitors Old Business: 1. Chapel Ridge Block Party- Post discussion. Commission will address what worked well at the Block Party, what improvements can be made and suggest a possible location for next Block Party. 2. Helping Residents Connect Fair-Distribute Event Planning Form to decide which responsibilities each Commissioner will lead along with associated deadlines. 3. SPIRIT Council- Update on process of the Council which consists of three committees charged with the implementation of goals to improve Blue Springs. New Business: 1. HRC Term Expirations-Discuss term expirations of HRC commissioners and plans for replacements for open seats. Roundtable: The next regular business meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 15, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.
