LAND BANK OF BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI MINUTES OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING FEBRUARY 23, 2015 A meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Land Bank of Blue Springs, Missouri, was held Monday, February 23, 2015 at 2:30p.m. in the East Conference Room of Blue Springs City Hall, 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, Missouri, with Chairman Eric Johnson presiding. COMMISSIONERS Eric Johnson Janet Rogers IN ATTENDANCE Cindy Hood James May (ABSENT) Bill Cowling Also present were Assistant City Administrator, Christine Cates, City Attorney, Nancy Yendes, Community Development Director, Scott Allen, Public Works Director, Chris Sandie, Parks & Recreation Director, Dennis Dovel, Accountant - Economic Development, Rebecca Smith, and Board Secretary Brenda Tuttle. CALL MEETING Chairman Eric Johnson called the meeting of the Land Bank of Blue Springs to TO ORDER order at 2:30 p.m. APPROVAL OF Commissioner Rogers moved to approve the Minutes of the January 12, 2015 MINUTES OF meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Land Bank of Blue Springs, JANUARY12 Missouri. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hood and the motion carried MEETING unanimously. GENERAL UPDATES Chairman Johnson stated he is in contact with Mr. David W. Price over the land the Chapmans are interested in leasing for farming. Christine Cates discussed her ongoing communications with Kevin Enyeart and his interest in two parcels in the subdivision he is currently working in. MOTION TO GO INTO At 2:34p.m. Commissioner Cowling moved the Board go into an executive CLOSED EXECUTIVE session to discuss real estate matters pursuant to Section 610.021 (2) of the SESSION Revised Statues of Missouri and the records remain closed. Motion seconded by Commissioner Rogers. and carried with the following votes: Janet Rogers - AYE Eric Johnson -AYE Cindy Hood -AYE Bill Cowling - AYE MOTION TO RETURN At 2:40 p.m., Commissioner Rogers moved that the Board return to regular TO REGULAR session and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Cowling.
