Minutes of the Recreation Sub-Committee Meeting March 26, 2019 A regular meeting of the Recreation Sub-Committee was held on Tuesday March 26, 2019 at the Fieldhouse. Staff: Jayla Coleman Visitors/Correspondence: None Approval of Minutes: Minutes from previous Recreation Sub-Committee meeting was notioned by Richard and a second was not declared since no other commissioner was present. Program Standard Reports: Staff reviewed their individual program reports. Richard asked how sponsors are for programs. Marty answered that a notice is sent out to businesses in the area. Past businesses who have participated in the program before are also contacted. Richard commended staff on their hard work and continued success with programs. Upcoming Programs: Mary highlighted upcoming programs in the next few weeks. In the next program magazine there will be many new activities. Other Business: Mary asked Richard if there was a preferred time to have this meeting in the future. Richard answered that afternoons are preferred, and he is open to other options. As there was no further business, meeting was adjourned. 1
