NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, 6:30 p.m., in the Multipurpose Room of the Municipal Annex, 1304 Main Street, regarding Annual Tax Increment Financing and Economic Development Incentive annual update.
