PUBLIC NOTICE Planned Unit Development Concept Plan PUDC-02-15-4740 “Indigo Hills PUD - Amended” Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex located at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Shawn Woods, Ashlar Homes, to approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan for approximately 13.34 +\- acres of land generally located on the south side of US 40 Highway and west of Hickory Woods subdivision. The PUD Concept Plan proposes to amend the Indigo Hills PUD to reduce the number of villas from 21 to 10 and the number of single-family lots from 20 to 8 in the proposed second plat.
