PUBLIC NOTICE Variance VAR-04-15-4812 “TOYO Motors” 1708 SW Eastbound US 40 Hwy. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Blue Springs on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex at 1304 W Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Bill Wrisinger, Owner to approve a Variance request to Section 405.020.Y. Vehicle/Equipment Sales, Driveways and Section 407.040.F Right-of-way and Transition Buffers of the Unified Development Code of the City of Blue Springs. The applicant is requesting two 20 foot driveways in lieu of one 20 foot driveway allowed and to maintain the existing paved areas in lieu of providing the setbacks as required by Section 405.020.Y.1, and to retain the existing paving in lieu of installing the 7-15 foot landscape buffers required on both the east and west sides of the property and the 15-25 foot buffer required along the south (rear) property boundary per Section 407.040.f.
