NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of the Municipal Annex, 1304 Main Street, for the purpose of hearing citizen comments relative to the setting of the property tax rate for the City of Blue Springs for the year 2015, for its fiscal year beginning October 1, 2015, as a result of the current assessed valuation, dated July 10, 2015 from the Clerk of Jackson County. The setting of the tax rates are governed by Article X, Section 22 of the Constitution of Missouri and Sections 137.073, 137.073.2 and 137.073.4(1), RSMo.
