D. Mize Road The project will consist of a new two-story structure that would provide outpatient healthcare. Services provided will primarily include Primary Care, Specialist Care, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Testing. The initial project will construct over 30,000 sq. ft. of clinic.
