PUBLIC NOTICE Conditional Use Permit / CUP-12-15-5110 “DirecTV / Lone Pine Acres Lots 1 & 2” 1500 SE 40 Highway Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Annex located at 1304 W. Main Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Russell Moore, Owner, to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a “Storage – Warehouse/Wholesale” use located in a “LI/ADP-O” (Light Industrial/Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) zoning district located at 1500 SE 40 Highway.
