PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning RZ-01-16-5171 “Asset Automotive, LLC” 2450 NW South Outer Road Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Mark S. Ledom, Managing Member of 2020, LLC (formerly known as 2014, LLC) to approve a Rezoning for 2450 NW South Outer Road. The applicant is proposing to change the zoning from “GB” (General Business) to “RC” (Regional Commercial) zoning district. Interested parties may view the application materials on file in the Community Development Department located at 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO. The site is legally described as follows: Future Lot 1 Description All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 49, Range 31, Blue Springs, Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of said Southwest Quarter, said point being 446.32 feet (443.71 feet, Deed) East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 01 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 25.79 feet (South 00 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East, 25.10 feet, Deed) to a point on the North Right of Way of NW South Outer Road, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence South 88 degrees 14 minutes 43 seconds East, along said North Right of Way Line, a distance 284.80 feet, to the Northwest Corner of Lot 2, Blue Springs Commercial Center, a subdivision as recorded in the Office of Recorder, Jackson County, Missouri; thence South 01 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West, along the West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 304.68 feet, to a point on the North line of Kingsridge Lots 462- 529 & 531-651, a subdivision as recorded in the Office of Recorder, Jackson County, Missouri; thence North 88 degrees 11 minutes 49 seconds West, along North line of said Kingsridge, a distance of 284.80 feet; thence North 01 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 304.43 feet, returning to the Point of Beginning.
