PUBLIC NOTICE Amended Planned Unit Development (PUDC) Concept Plan / PUDC-06-16-5359 Conditional Use Permit (CUP) / CUP-06-16-5358 “QuikTrip R180” 1301 and 1205 NW Woods Chapel Road Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, June 27, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Andrew Smith, Representative for QuikTrip 180R to amend the PUD Concept Plan for Lots 2 and 3 Oaks At Woods Chapel 2nd Plat, Lots 1-3 and Tract A, and to request approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the convenience store and gasoline service station.
