PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning / RZ-12-16-5617 Amended Planned Residential Overlay Concept Plan / PROC-12-16-5619 “Roanoke 22 of Summerfield East PR-O” North of Summerfield & Summerfield East PR-O Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Plowshare Development, LLC to approve a Rezoning from “SF-7/PR-O” (Single Family/Planned Residential Overlay) to “MF-10/PR- O” (Low Density Multi-Family/Planned Residential Overlay) for approximately 8.69 +/- acres of land located north of future NE Roanoke Drive approximately 130 feet east of NE Summerfield Drive, and to approve an Amended Planned Residential Overlay (PR-O) Concept Plan for Summerfield East for approximately 21.69 +/- acres of land located north of Summerfield of Blue Springs and Summerfield East subdivisions to allow thirty-one (31) single family lots and seventy-two (72) multi-family units.
