PUBLIC NOTICE Planned Unit Development Concept Plan PUDC-01-17-5627 “Ridgewood Place at Chapman Farms” Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by David Price, CMH Parks, Inc., a Tennessee Corp. d.b.a. Summit Custom Homes, to approve an Amended Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept Plan for Chapman Farms for approximately 33.33 +\- acres of land generally located north of SE Mason School Road, east of “Greenbriar at Chapman Farms” and “The Shores at Chapman Farms” subdivisions. The Amended PUD Concept Plan proposes to allow greater variations in minimum livable floor area classifications and building setbacks. Interested parties may view the application materials on file in the Community Development Department located at 903 W. Main Street, Blue Springs, MO.
