The Consolidated Plan will cover the 5-year period beginning on October 1, 2017 and ending on September 30, 2022 and provides the framework for the planning process that will be used by the City to identify housing, homeless, community, and economic development needs and resources, and to tailor a strategic plan for meeting those needs as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Citizen Participation Plan outlines the City’s policies and procedures for citizen participation in the development of the Consolidated Plan and the Annual Action Plan, the review of Performance Reports, and the review of substantial amendments to any approved documents. The Annual Action Plan will cover the period beginning October 1, 2017 and ending on September 30, 2018 and describes the specific activities that the City will undertake during the upcoming program year.
