Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens on a request by Jerry Hill, Calamar Enterprises, Inc., applicant, to change the current zoning from “SO / ADP-O” (Service Office / Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) to “MF-18 / ADP-O” (High Density Multi-Family / Adams Dairy Parkway Overlay) to allow for the development of multi-family housing on approximately 7.80 +/- acres of land.
