Wyatt Road Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, November 27, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing parties in interest and citizens relative to a request from James T. and Ivy Jan Hawes, owner, to de-annex 18.0 +\- acres out of the corporate boundaries of the City of Blue Springs. The property address is 27711 E. Wyatt Road, Blue Springs, MO 64014, more legally described as follows: The North 1124.95 feet of the East 697 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 48, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri.
