NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing Wednesday, September 5, 2018, 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith Street, to entertain citizens’ comments relative to the proposed 2018-2019 fiscal year budget to the City.
