Brown Public Safety Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens at the request of Mike Hobick, representing the owner Hobick Investments, LLC, to approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow the Vehicle Repair, General use on property addressed as 3700 SW Westbound U.S. 40 Highway and generally located south of SW Westbound U.S. 40 Highway and approximately 500 feet west of SW Burris Road.
