NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will hold a public hearing Monday, July 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building, 1100 SW Smith Street, to entertain citizens’ comments relative to the proposed 2020 through 2022 fiscal year sewer rates.
