PUBLIC NOTICE Conditional Use Permit CUP-08-19-7030 “Blue Springs Auto Repair” 201 NW 11th Street Parcel # 35-710-19-40-01-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Facility at 1100 SW Smith for the purpose of hearing interested parties and citizens on a request by James David Sosebee, representing Blue Springs Auto Repair, on behalf of the property owner, William P. & Eilene J. Adams Trustees, to allow the Vehicle Repair, Limited use on property addressed at 201 NW 11th Street and generally located west of NW 11th Street and approximately 425 feet south of NW Vesper Street. Interested parties may view the application materials on file in the Community Development Department located at 903 W Main Street, Blue Springs, MO. The site is legally described as follows: ALL THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 49, RANGE 31, IN BLUE SPRINGS, JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF BLUE SPRINGS, MISSOURI; THENCE SOUTH 520 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 80 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET; THENCE NORTH 80 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
