February 11, 2020 Ref: Public Meeting: South 7 Highway Corridor Study Dear Property Owner: The University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Urban Planning & Design Senior Studio class is currently working with the Community Development Department on a South 7 Highway Corridor Study. The area covered under the Study includes both sides of SW 7 Highway from Moreland School Road to Colbern Road. A map of the Study Area is provided on the back of this invitation. The Studio class will hold a public meeting/open house in the Journagan Family Room at the Howard L. Brown Public Safety Building (1100 SW Smith St., Blue Springs) on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The public meeting/open house will allow citizens the opportunity to review the existing conditions analysis completed by the Studio class and provide input on future needs and enhancements to the Study Area. You are receiving this notice because County records indicate you own property within the Study Area. Your attendance and comments are welcome at this public meeting/open house.
