PUBLIC NOTICE Rezoning | RZ-04-20-7277 Planned Development Concept Plan | PDC-04-20-7278 “Luxe One, LLC” 1501 NW North Ridge Drive Parcel # 36-420-11-85-00-0-00-000 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Blue Springs on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. via teleconference, due to COVID-19 restrictions. MEETING LOCATION INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ONLINE AT www.bluespringsgov.com/AgendaCenter AND ON THE MEETING AGENDA The purpose of this meeting is to hear interested parties and citizens on a request by the applicant, David Williams, on behalf of the property owner, Luxe One, LLC, to approve a Rezoning (RZ-04-20-7277) from “GB” (General Business) to “MF-18/PD” (High Density Multi- Family/Planned Development) and to approve a Planned Development Concept Plan (PDC-04- 20-7278) on a property generally located north of NW North Ridge Drive approximately 195-ft. west of NW 7 Highway. The applicant is requesting the approval of a four (4) story apartment building with approximately 53 dwelling units.
